Programme Recovery and Quality Assurance

Technology enabled transformations are complex in form and format, due to the amount of dependencies between activities and stakeholder expectations to manage.

Transform ERP programme Recovery and Quality Assurance Framework let us deep dive in your on-going transformation in less than 8 weeks, understanding your current pain points and providing our independent views on what you need to do to bring the delivery back on on track, setting the Quality Assurance framework for a successful end-to-end transformation.

We understand the key reasons why technology transformations fail

  1. Lack of business leadership commitment and sponsorship
  2. Excessive customisation/requirements
  3. Lack of data migration preparation and test loads
  4. Lack of interfaces preparation and connections tested

Our expertise and independent point of view, let us analyse and assess your on-going transformation and provide you with fresh views on what you and your System Integrator need to do differently to bring the programme back on track and ensure a successful delivery. Every day counts. And every day that all your programme colleagues continue working on the wrong direction counts even more, impacting your time, your scope and your budget.

Key deliverables

The final report will include executive summary, assessment of findings against the review framework and a main report that addresses the agreed scope and key questions including:

  • Observations
  • Underlying evidence
  • Actionable recommendations to address issues / risks

For each element of the framework, we will provide an assessment of the materiality of observations and associated risk and support with our recommendations on how the observations and risks could be managed and mitigated.

Observations will be gathered through evidencing the existence and quality of key Programme control documentation, deliverables and interviews with the key stakeholders. We will look to interview between 15 – 20 stakeholders and review key programme artefacts.

Our team has supported many clients to assess on-going transformations, providing fresh and independent views on what they need to do differently to bring the programme back on track and ensure a smooth delivery. Remember, everyday counts!
